Training

I will start writing my training on the net ;o)

Today I ran 10 km in 56.45 min - last time it was 56.15 min.
I ate 2 snacks with cheese 1 - 1½ hour before, so I got pain in my stomache.
I went on.....my mission was to improve my time. But it turn out to be a run to excuse...

Well....my condotion IS better - although I had pain after 2 kilometers I was only ½ minute slower ;o)

Yesterday I ran 9 km on the terrain - it was too beautiful to make the run shorter !! :D hahahaha

So....in all....my own fault.

Okay....what else did I do this week that had gone ?

Monday: ½ hour crosstraining + ½ hour rowing and 20 min weights and stretches
1 hour kayakpolo in the evening
Tuesday: 5 min walk + 15 minutes interval-running, ½ hour weights and streches
Wednesday: 15 minutes of weights
Thursday resting
Friday: 9 km om the terrain (as told)
Saturday: 10 km on the street

Besides all that I Bicycle around ;o)
